You can disable emails, when a message is sent, right in Smartbnb through your "Settings & Subscription" page.

• Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner by your name.
• Select "Settings & Subscriptions"
• Select the "Preferences" tab.

Find the messaging option "Don't receive email notifications when a message is sent." and activate it.

You won't be able to stop all emails from Smartbnb. Some emails are vital to helping improve your standing as a host, and you can't opt out of those. 

This includes "Review captured" emails that will always be sent, provided you have activated automated reviews. This will keep you in the loop when Smartbnb has captured a review.
