Properties are groups of listings that can be managed as a single calendar unit.

Properties is not for grouping listings from the same building, or grouping listings for the same client. Additionally, there should only be one reservation at the same time for all listings that are part of the same property.

You might want to group your listings into properties if:

  • you host on multiple channels and want to consolidate their management

  • you manage co-hosted listings

  • you have created A/B tests listings

The listings that are being merged into a property must be the same listing type. For example, you could merge a private room on Airbnb with the corresponding private room on Vrbo or a private room on Airbnb with a private room on Airbnb.

Properties is also the home for Sync. This component can be switched on from each property page.
