Sync is our channel management product, which will synchronize bookings, alterations and cancellations across platforms, within 30 seconds with a 2-way API integration. This is much faster, and more reliable, than your booking channel iCal feed.

Sync is however not activated by default, since you may have another software that is in charge of managing your calendar, pricing and availabilities. If that is the case, you should use that software (it may be called a channel manager or a "PMS"). If you don't have one already, Sync is exactly the core feature offered by those product, so you can make savings by using us instead for this.

To activate Sync:

  1. Go to the Properties tab.
  2. Click on the selected property.
  3. On the new page, click on the Tools section.
  4. Use the toggle next to the Sync feature to activate it.

You need to have at least two listings under the property to activate Sync. It however does not matter if they are on the same or different booking channels!
