We keep a log of notifications generated for teammates, as soon as a reservation is created (or altered). You can expect to see notifications that are sent, cancelled, and scheduled for the future (pending).
Each log will show you:
- Recipient name (team member)
- Team(s) assigned to the member
- Reservation code
- Date and time sent
- Content of the message
- Notification rule
To view the notification logs:
- Go to Operations.
- Click on Log on the sidebar.
You can search for specific items using the Reservation code.
