We keep a log of notifications generated for teammates, as soon as a reservation is created (or altered). You can expect to see notifications that are sent, cancelled, and scheduled for the future (pending).

To view the notification logs:

  1. Go to Operations.

  2. Click on Log on the sidebar.

  3. (Optional) Use the search on the top right to find a specific reservation code.

Each log will show you:

  • Recipient name (team member)

  • Team(s) assigned to the member

  • Reservation code

  • Date and time sent

  • Content of the message

  • Notification rule
