When you subscribe, we require that you complete your billing address so that both our records are compliant. You can naturally update your billing address, the company name and Tax ID at any point in time.
You can change your billing address easily, whenever you need to do it:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Subscription
- Click on Billing details
From there, you can edit:
- Whether you are a client as a Business (B2B) or in a Personal (BSC) capacity.
- The country of your billing address.
- A Tax ID that may be required for your invoices to be compliant on your end.
- If you are located in the European Union, and you are a business customer, you may enter your EU VAT number, that we will verify against the EU VIES service.
- Your billing address.
Please note that only future invoices will be updated with the new billing details, so we recommend that you update those records at the first opportunity. If you require corrections to be completed on invoices that have already been issued, please contact our support team.
