You can manually edit and send automated reviews earlier than the timing of your review rules.

You can access the pending reviews by going to pending reviews from the Guest experience Overview or finding the review within the conversation with the guest, on the Activity panel.

From the Guest experience Overview:

  1. Go to Guest experience.

  2. Click on Pending reviews.

  3. Click on the guest you would like to review.

  4. Edit the review with any desired changes.

  5. If you'd like to send the review early, click on Send now. If not, click Save to send at the scheduled time.

From the Inbox:

  1. Go to Inbox.

  2. Select the conversation of the guest you want to review.

  3. Scroll to see Activity in the conversation.

  4. Click on the review you would like to manually send.

  5. Edit the review with any desired changes.

  6. If you'd like to send the review early, click on Send now. If not, click Save to send at the scheduled time.
