When you integrate PriceLabs with our product, you have the ability to set different markup rates per platform, or per listing.

This is an invaluable tool if your pricing strategy involves variable distribution due to different fees in each platform.

You might also want to set listing-specific markup rates if you are required to collect specific taxes in your jurisdiction.

The markup rate is calculated from the property's base price that PriceLabs sends to us. The markup amount is added for each listing in a property, and the final price is sent to the listings in the connected platforms.
