By default, all (scheduled) messages sent by Smartbnb will have a restriction, in that they will only be scheduled within a 9am to 9pm window.
This setting is enabled by default to ensure a great guest experience.
This is a hack to ensure that your guests will receive messages in a timely fashion, at a time when it's still possible to read those messages and respond straight away. It also helps make sure that our users have less opportunities for errors!
To disable this time restriction:
Click Guest experience in the left sidebar
Click on the toggle button beside Enforce time restrictions (between 9am and 9pm). It shows green to indicate it's enabled, and turns to grey when disabled.
