Our system automatically imports all listings in your connected channel accounts every 2 hours. If you can't find it in the Properties section, the reason might be one of these.
Please search for your listing name from the top right search bar in property. This may return results for a property under another name, that may be the former name of your listing.
If you find yourself in this situation, you can either:
- Reset the name of all your properties to their "booking channel" internal names.
- Change the name of the property in question to match your expectation.
Did you recently add the listing in the booking platform? Our system syncs listings every 2 hours, so it may take a bit of time to show up.
You can also run a sync manually, so you can immediately see the new listing in Properties. You can do this by running a Re-sync from your Connected accounts.
You may want to check the status of your listing in the booking platform. If it's Inactive or Unlisted (either manually done in the platform, or enforced by our Stealth tool), then you may need to activate the relevant filter to display it:
- Go to Properties
- Click +Filter
- Select Include Unlisted
- Select either All Unlisted or Stealth
If you had requested a property to be muted by our Support, it will not show up in Properties.
