All threads that have Inquiry as the last status (in other words, it never turned into a booking request or reservation) will be populated in your Inbox filter for Inquiries as well as in the Inquiries count on the main dashboard. This includes old inquiries that have been read and responded to.

To clear outdated inquiries from your inbox, contact support through our live chat or by emailing [email protected] and we will apply an action in the back-end that will archive these inquiries.

What this does exactly is not delete the message threads, rather their status will be changed from Inquiry to Expired. The message threads will remain accessible on your Inbox.

Note that this is applied to all message threads that have the Inquiry status at the time you request the action.
