After you connect your Booking.com account, you will be using our Calendar to manage availability and prices for your listings.

We will import your existing rates and not change them once you connect your Booking.com property.

From the Smartbnb calendar, you will be able to push the single guest prices, for all booking channels a property is matched with (such as Airbnb and Vrbo). Those rates are net of markups: the rates that you push from our calendar are your "take-home pay".

We will still calculate a rate for multiple guests (ie, more than 1 guest) for Booking.com, that takes into account the multiple guest pricing setting that is defined on your Smartbnb property.

In addition to rates day by day, you will be able to define the minimum number of nights for a stay starting at that date.
