If you have a sensitive conversation with a guest which you need to be able to get back to quickly, or perhaps a high value booking - you can star the conversation to help you revisit it quickly in the future.

Star a conversation

  1. Open the conversation in the Inbox .

  2. Click on the 'Star' icon next to the guests name, the conversation is now starred.

Unstar a conversation

  1. Open the conversation in the Inbox.

  2. Click on the 'Star' icon next to the guests name on a starred conversation, this will unstar the conversation.

Viewing starred conversations

  1. Navigate to the Inbox.

  2. On the left panel, click on 'Starred' to view the Starred conversations segment.

  3. You will see a list of all Starred conversations.
